Tradition Meets Innovation in Korean BBQ Dining

KIWA is the second Korean BBQ concept by Chef Kim of Puzukan Tan, named after the traditional black roof tiles of Korea. This iconic motif inspires the restaurant’s design—reflected in black ceramic tiles, textured brick, stone, and wood plank-style surfaces. The bar area blends brick and stone to reinforce the brand identity. Black metal light fixtures, BBQ tables, wooden chairs with black metal accents, and vertical wood screens in the private dining area add layers of traditional detail. A signature feature is the dual ventilation system at each table—overhead copper-finished hoods and side-suction vents—ensuring both functionality and an immersive tableside grilling experience that stays true to authentic Korean BBQ culture.
