Situated at a historic site once part of the former Lorton Reformatory, KOKEE Tea reimagines a bubble tea store as a vibrant social hub. The design concept blends fresh minimalism with inviting warmth, featuring a soft palette of teals, golds, and natural wood. The interior layout fosters fluid movement, with a central counter clad in slatted wood and backed by glazed blue tile. Playful wall décor, textured lighting, and an eclectic mix of seating options create an approachable yet refined atmosphere. By balancing clean lines with whimsical elements, the space supports both efficiency and comfort—offering a cheerful escape for guests to relax, gather, and enjoy their favorite drinks.
